Yes. Membership in Summer Creek South Homeowners' Association is mandatory for all residents.
No. HOA fees are paid directly to Summer Creek South Homeowners' Association and not your lender.
The association dues are available for viewing on the Owner/Resident Portal. The dues cover the operating costs of the association, costs of maintaining the common areas, etc. Per our by-laws, a copy of the association’s annual operating budget is available to any member upon request. Simply logon to the Owner/Resident Portal to request a copy.
An architectural modification request must be submitted for approval for any exterior home or landscape improvements prior to making any improvements. Log onto the Owner/ Resident Portal and fill out an architectural approval request webform located under My Account. Alternatively, you may submit an architectural approval request at www.realmanage.com or a written request to the toll- free fax number at 866-919-5696.
Regular meetings are held the 1st Thursday of every month at 7pm.
